Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped USPS mail from our lab in Monroe, CT. If you would like to request a different carrier, or need expedited shipping, please contact us via our Contact Us page prior to placing an order. 

Your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered!  Please read the details below for further information to insure your package arrives when you expect it:

Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

Normal, ground delivery is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, except federal U.S. holidays).  Please allow for delays during holidays.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.


Within the US, we use USPS First Class mail as well as Priority Mail.

International Shipments we use USPS First Class International. (Any custom fees due are the customer's responsibility)


Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if there if an issue so we may be of assistance. 

Since our products are hand crafted and made in small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However if you are unhappy with an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will try to rectify the issue.
